It Started With an Idea

Late one evening, chef Ben was sitting in his kitchen at home cooking one of his notable fresh pizzas for his wife and sons. He always noticed and appreciated the love his family had for his cooking, so he thought to share his gift with the world, and thus, Rockies Tavern & Grill was born.
Having a restaurant grade kitchen allowed chef Ben to spread his creative tongs and flew. Creating dishes from pasta, to steak, to his famous pizzas. 
With the support of his committed wife and children, he created a restaurant with an atmosphere and food like no other.
